Products we sell

OPHELIA JOANNA LIMITED is a UK retail business selling synthetic false eyelashes, lash kits and related beauty accessories directly to customers. Products include synthetic lash sets, lash trays, applicator tools, spoolie brushes, lash holders and storage accessories. The company earns revenue from the direct retail sale of these physical products.

We sell physical, non-chemical lash products only. We do not sell lash adhesives, lash-lifting products or other chemical treatments, and we do not provide salon services.

Products and materials

Materials, lash fibre composition, dimensions and specifications are published on a product page only once confirmed by our supplier's documentation. Where these show "to be confirmed", please ask us and we'll share what the supplier provides. We make no hypoallergenic, vegan, cruelty-free or certification claims.

Product use and care

Usage instructions and any warnings for each product are supplied in line with the manufacturer's documentation. False lashes and accessories are for cosmetic use only. Stop using any product that causes discomfort or irritation and seek advice from a qualified professional if needed.

Faulty products

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible on 07592 906139 or via the contact form. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
