Delivery arrangements

Delivery options, costs and timescales are agreed with you when your order is confirmed following your enquiry. We don't promise delivery times in advance — we'll tell you what's available for your postcode.

Cancellations

For orders placed at a distance, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For hygiene reasons, cosmetic items such as false lashes that have been unsealed after delivery may not be returnable unless faulty.

Returns

To arrange a return, please contact us or call 07592 906139 first. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging. We'll explain how and where to return items — please don't visit the business address.

Faulty products

If an item is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us with your order details and a description or photo of the issue.
